Orange Cardamom Spinach Salad

Ingredients
8 Cups Fresh Spinach1 (11 oz) can Mandarin orange segment, drain.1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved1/2 cup sliced almondsDressing1/2 cup low-fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt2 tsp. orange juice concentrate1 Tbs. honey1/8 tsp. ground Cardamom
Directions
In a large bowl, combine spinach, grapes, orange segments, and almonds. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine other ingredients. Spoon 1 Tablespoon of dressing over each serving of salad.
