4 TBSP. FLOUR4 TBSP SPLENDA2 TBSP COCOA UNSWEETENED POWDERDASH OF SALT2 TBSP CANOLA OIL2 TBSP WATER1/4 TSP VANILLA
Directions
WHISK TOGETHER DRY INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE COFFEE MUG, ADD OIL, WATER AND VANILLA AND MIX THOUROUGHLY.
MICOWAVE ON HIGH FOR 1 TO 1 1/2 MINUTES. IT SHOULD NOT BE QUITE SET IN THE CENTER. COOK A COUPLE OF MINUTES, AND EAT RIGHT OUT OF THE MUG.

    Verry verry dry! Could probably sub canola oil for applesause. Can cut back on the choc powder, whis is what I think is making it so dry. But goes GREAT with a tall glas of milk! Good starting point but not worth the calories the way it is. - 9/1/09

    Yes your correct I did tweak it a little for the grand children. I have to stick to the original for the diabetics in the family. I have also added unsweetened applesauce in the recipe to make it more moist. Thank you for your comment. Sandy
