Ingredients
chicken breast (about 51/2-61/2oz), cut butterfly style3 slices ham, extra lean lunchmeat1 slice swiss cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400*.
After chicken has been cut, place ham and cheese in the center of chicken and wrap the chicken around it.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.

    My family enjoyed this recipe tonight. Very simple to make. Tasted great. I did make three servings at once and had to add 15 additional minutes to the time, but it could be my old oven. - 1/29/11

    This is very tasty. Next time we are going to pound out the chicken as this took us almost an hour to cook. This is a Gourmet recipe fit for company. we used budding ham as it was less calories from anything we found. - 8/3/11

    I made a couple changes but kept the basic idea. I wrapped my chicken as stated and then added 1 Tbsp. light Ragu and sprinkled a few cracker crumbs over the top. I made 10 (leftovers) so it took about 50 minutes. My family loved them. - 3/28/11
