Pesto Turkey Loaf

Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten2 packages ground turkeysalt and pepper to tastesmall onion, minced2 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon dried parsley1 teaspoon dried marjoram2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce1 cup cooked Quinoa1/4 cup pesto
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Combine all ingredients and spread into greased loaf pan.

Bake one hour. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.

Cut into 7-8 slices for an evening meal, or 15 slices for sandwiches.
