2 Cups Kashi Heart to Heart Cereal2 Cups Fiber One Caramel Delight Cereal2 Cups Oats1/2 Cup Country Crock Light1/4 Cup Brown Sugar (could sub with Spenda Brown Sugar)1/3 Cup Pancake Syrup (could save some calories by using a light variety)
Heat oven to 300. Line 1 large cookie sheet with foil; spray foil with cooking spary. In Large bowl, mix both cereals and oats. Set aside.
In 1-quart saucepan, heat butter, brown sugar, and syrup over medium heat, stirring frequently, until butter is melted and mixture boils. Pour over cereal mixture; stri until well coated. Spread mixture evenly on cookie sheet with rubber spatula until about 1/2 inch thick.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes till starting to brown. Cool completely, about 15 minutes. Break into pieces with fingers. Store in tightly coverd container.
