Katie's hummus snack

Ingredients
2 tbsp ready made hummus with garlic1 peeled, thinly sliced small cucumber1 tbsp Miracle whip salad dressing4 thin slices of red onion2 slices lightly toasted sour dough bread, or 1 lightly toasted sour dough roll
Directions

Serves 1
Lightly toast the bread. Spread both top and bottom of sandwich with Miracle whip, then spread on the hummus , the cucumber and finally add thily sliced red onion. Close sandwich and enjoy.
