Norwegian Apple Cake

Ingredients
1 c. whole wheat flour1/3 c. Splenda2 t. baking powder2 t. cinnamon1/2 T.unsalted butter5 small cooking apples,cored and chopped1/4 c. egg substitute2 t. vanilla
Directions
Serves 8

Combine first five ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Add apple, stirring to coat. Combine egg and vanilla; add to apple mixture stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon into a 10 inch pie pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Each serving can be served with a tsp of fat free whipped topping.
