My husband liked this. In answer to FIT4-40's question (From 2010!) our contributor used Fat Free Cream cheese and that pretty much explains the calorie difference. - 10/26/14

First I greased a sm bowl with Smart Balance, then nuked the cc for one minute @ 50%, mixed egg, splenda, vanilla and cinamon in another bowl, poured it over the cc so it was like an upside down danish with cc in the center, nuked for 2 min. and inverted onto plate-YUM! I will definately make again. - 2/10/11

Surprisingly good-- a great change of pace for lo carbers. I have to question the nutrition info though, according to my package, 1 oz of cream cheese is 100 calories so 2 oz would be 200 plus the calories of the egg? How did you arrive at 135, please don't tell me I have to share, lol! - 7/9/10

this sounds strange, but I'm going to try it. I'm assuming you cook it in a non-stick pan and not in the microwave for 2 minutes? - 3/31/09
