Six Thin Sliced Chicken CutletsZucchini, 1.5 cup, 1/2 inch dicedShredded Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim, 3 cup Hannaford Extra Chunky Pasta Sauce, 3 cup 1 TBS EVOOOregano, ground, .5 tsp Thyme, ground, .25 tsp Rosemary, dried, .25 tsp Pepper, black, .25 tsp Salt, .25 tsp
Mix, Salt, pepper, oregano, thyme & rosemary and sprinkle over uncooked chicken. Dice zucchini. Grill chicken until cooked throughout and set aside. Heat olive oil and saute zucchini in a small skillet. Place grilled cutlets on baking sheet. Top each grilled cutlet with the following in this order: 1/4cup pasta sauce, 1/8 cup zucchini, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
