Mashed Garlic Potatoes n Butternut Squash

Ingredients
2/3 cup cubed Potato1/3 cup cubed Butternut SquashGarlic to tasteParsley to taste
Directions
Scrub potato and butternut squash, do not remove skin. Cube both into small sauce pan. Chop garlic clove or if using garlic powder, shake desired amount into pan. Cover with water, simmer until potato and squash are fork tender aprox 7 - 10 min.

When potato and squash are fork tender, drain water, mash with fork.

Save water for tastey soup base to be made later.

Top with parsley
