Beef Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef8 leaves fresh cabbagesm onion, dicedlg carrot, shredded finely2T butter1c raw jasmine rice4T Worchestershire sauce3T oil2T packed brown sugar1T ground ginger2t molasses
Directions
Cook rice
Mix Worchestershire, ginger, molasses, oil, and brown sugar in a bowl.
melt butter, add onion. sweat onion.
add ground beef and turn to high, brown.
Add carrot and sauce, cook 5-6 minutes
Turn off heat, add hot rice, and mix well
Put mixture in cabbage leaves and roll.
Makes 8 servings.
