HEAT OIL WITH SALT, THEN PUT TOMATOE PASTE AND CAN OF PEAS AND MIX, NEXT PUT 3 CUPS OF WATER AND LET BOIL. ONCED BOILING POUR 3 CUPS OF RICE IN THE BOILING WATER, LET WATER DRY THEN BRING DOWN HEAT TO LET RICE COOK.
