Sour Cream Chicken and Broccoli

2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup1 1/4 cups water8 oz fresh mushrooms3 skinless chicken breasts- cooked1 16oz bag of frozen broccoli florets3 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream1 cup plain bread crumbs for topping
Begin by cubing chicken and cooking on stove top.
Slice the mushrooms
pre-heat oven 350 degrees (175 degrees C)
Combine the soup, water and sour cream, mix together.
Pour Mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Add chicken and broccoli and mushrooms, cover completely with bread crumbs.
Bake covered in oven for 30 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes (for a total of 1 hour).
Remove from oven and allow to cool 5-10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy. Makes 8 servings.
