Ingredients
1.5 cups flour1 tsp salt2 tbsp sugar2.5 tsp baking powder1 egg3 tbsp melted butter1.25 cups milk
Directions
beat the egg. stir in butter and milk. combine flour salt sugar and baking powder in a seperate bowl.stir the egg mix.lightly grease a pan and heat (med to high). drop in 0.25 cup of batter. cook in batches of 3 -4 .when bubbles appear turn with a spatula. when golden colour they are ready.
