4 tbsp Soy Flour4 tbsp Splenda2 tbsp Baking Cocoa1/4 tsp Baking Powder1 Egg White3 Tbsp Nonfat Milk3 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray1 tsp vanilla
Mix all the dry ingredients together in large coffee cup. Mix milk and butter spray well. Beat egg white until fluffy but not stiff. Fold into cake batter. Add vanilla.
Cover with plastic wrap slit to vent. Cook in microwave for 3 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Use butter knife to loosen cake from sides of cup and dump out onto a plate.
