quick seafood pasta

Ingredients
2 T smart balance butter1/2 cup onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, mincedcajun seasoning, to taste4 servings gorton's fish fillets, minced (or 12 oz canned tuna/salmon)2.5 tbsp flour2 cups fat-free milkparmesean cheese
Directions
cook pasta according to directions
cook onion & garlic in melted butter in hot skillet until tender
add seasoning & fish
mix flour and milk
add flour/milk mixture slowly to fish mixture
add pasta to sauce
top with fresh parm cheese
