Ingredients
2/3 C Flour1 tea baking powder1 tea seasoning salt1/2 c milk2 white fish filletsEnough oil to cook each side
Directions
mix all ingredients except fish. Mix until smooth. dip small pieces of the fish in the batter and fry in just enough canola oil to cook each side.
