Ingredients
* *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove) * Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup (remove) * Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, .25 cup (remove) * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove) * Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove) * Salt, .25 tsp (remove) * Milk, 2%, 1 cup (remove) * Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp (remove)
Directions
mix dry ingredients, then make well, pour mixed wet ingredients in mix till moist. Pour into greased 9X9 and cook 20-25 minutes.

    Great recipe. The apple sauce was a great substitute for oil. I substituted baking Splenda for sugar to lower the calorie count even more. Also happy to see no requirement for buttermilk. - 1/16/13
