2 Whole wheat english muffins1/4 cup Pizza Sauce (I use Contadina Pizza Squeeze.1/4 cup of shredded cheese (I use Reduced Fat 4 cheese mexican1/2 cup of mushrooms
Preheat oven broiler.
Toast English Muffins in the toaster.
Top each muffin with 1 tablespoon of the pizza sauce.
Top each muffin with mushrooms.
Top each muffin with 1 tablespoon of cheese.
Add spices of your choice - garlic powder, oregano, red pepper flakes etc.
Place in oven under broiler until cheese is melted.
