Romanian Garlic Lamb Stew

Ingredients
1.5-1.8 kg lamb100g butter1.5-2 bulbs of garlic4 tsp thyme, dried4 tsp parsley, dried1 tbsp parsley, fresh or frozen2-2.5 tbsp flour, white4 dl red wine2-3 dl water4 tsp salt2 ml pepper2-3 bay leaves
Directions
Brown the meat in the butter.

Sprinkle the garlic on top (2/3 chopped, 1/3 pressed). Add thyme, dried parsley and flour.

Mix well and add the liquid (water and wine).

Salt, add bay leaves and pepper and let simmer for 1 hour 45 minutes. Add the fresh/frozen parsley when it has about 5 minutes left to cook.
