Baked spiced bananas with yoghurt

Ingredients
2 large bananas, peeled and sliced lenghtways1 tsp canola oil1 tbsp fresh orange juicepinch of ground cinnamonpinch of ground cloves1 cardamom pod2 tsp maple syrup2 tbsp plain low fat yoghurt
Directions
place the banans in an ovenproof dish (use some of the oil to lightly grease the dish) spread the oil on each slice
Mix together rest of the ingredients (except yoghurt). Cover with a lid or foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, until the bananas are soft.

Serve hot with a spoonful of yoghurt.
