Ingredients
Filet Mignon or flank steakFlatout Low Carb flat bread1 small onion1 avocadoOlive Oil or Canola Oilcilantrosalt
Directions
Slice steak and onion into long, thin strips. Salt raw meat as desired. Brown steak and onions in skillet with 1 tsp of olive oil or canola oil. Cut a Flatout low carb flat bread in half. Once steak is desired wellness, serve steak and onions over Flatout bread. Add diced avocado and serve with cilantro for added flavor.
