The Culinary Wrap

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, 6 oz. each1 clove garlic, crushed or mincedpinch salt and pepper (optional)4 cups romaine lettuce, broken or cut1 medium tomato, diced3/4 cup chopped red onion1/2 avocado, sliced or chopped6 Tbs. creamy Italian dressing2 oz. grated Jack cheese4 tortillas
Directions
1. Season the chicken with garlic, salt and pepper (optional, not included in nutrition facts). Grill about 15 minutes until done and cut into 3/4 inch squares.
2. Toss the lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, chicken, avocado, and Italian dressing. Add Jack cheese and toss lightly.
3. Warm each tortilla for 30 seconds.
4. Fill each wrapper with 1/4 of mixture, cut in half, and serve.
