Ingredients
Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato Garlic, 1 clove Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces cooked*Kraft miracle whip regular, 1 tbsp *Kraft Real Mayo, 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet *Lemon Juice, 2 wedge yields
Directions
Slice avaocados, chicken, tomatoes and garlic. mix ingredients together and chill. makes 4 serving at a 1/2 cup each
I make a wrap with whole wheat tortillas and some lettuce
