Low Carb Peanut Butter & Jelly Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cup All Natural Peanut Butter1 Cup Splenda1 egg2 tsp. baking powder2 tsp. vanilla extract2 tablespoons sugar-free preserves
Directions
Mix peanut butter, splenda, egg, baking powder, and vanilla extract until blended.

Roll into balls and place on an ungreased cooking sheet.

With fork press down on each ball to make a criss cross pattern.

Place a little bit of preserves in center of each cookie.

Makes 1 dozen cookies.
