Meatballs:1 Lb. Ground Turkey, 93% lean1/4 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs1/2 Cup Onion, finely chopped1 EggSoup:1 - 6 ounce Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice Original Recipe12 ounce Can of Evaporated Skimmed Milk4 Tbsp. Whole Grain Flour8 Cups Low sodium chicken brothFresh Ground Pepper
1. Combine all the ingredients for the meatballs into bowl, be sure to combine well.
2. In a large pot combine rice and broth, bring to a boil.
3. Combine Evaporated Skimmed Milk with Flour in a seperate bowl
4. Drop meatballs into boiling broth, cover for 10-15 minutes until cooked though.
5. Add milk & flour combination stirring while adding.
6. Cook until thick and bubbling.
7. Serve with fresh cracked pepper on top.
