Tammy's Chicken Minestrone

Ingredients
1 large can of Furmano's Chunky crushed Tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano3 Cups Water3 half Chicken breasts cooked and diced2 Cups Frozen peas and carrots mix1 baby zucchini sliced6 Tbl. Ketchup1 small onion diced1/4 cup diced celery1 tbl diced red bell pepper2 tsp Herbox low sodium instant bouillon1 Can (15.5oz) chilli style beans or kidneysBarilla Plus Rotini (6oz dry) Cooked and drained
Directions
Pour Tomatoes into large crock pot or sauce pan
Add all ingredients except noodles. Heat all until good and hot, then add noodles allow to simmer a few min. and serve. I sometimes add a little Splenda if in the mood for a sweeter base. This can simmer all day or may be served in an hour from crock pot, 20 min. from sauce pan. makes 8-10 servings.
