Persie's Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 14.75 oz can of pink salmon1 cup Italian bread crumbs2 large eggs2 tbsp lemon juiceseasonings to taste: I like onion powder, dried dill, paprika, salt & pepper - use your imagination!
Directions
Combine all ingredients and form into 8 patties on an aluminum foil wrapped baking sheet.

Cook @ 400 F. for 20 mins on one side, then another 10 mins on the other.
