Ingredients
4lb Pot roast4 large Onions1 can Cream of Mushroom soup1 can Beef Broth1 C White wine
Directions
Heat up about 2 tablespoons of vegatable oil in a skillet place pot roast in just long enough to brown on all sides. Put roast in you crock pot, cut onions into quarters add to crock pot add the rest of the ingredients. Place Crock pot on Low and let cook for 8 hours. Server with rice.
