Vinegrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/3 cup red wine vinegar1/4 cup Splenda2 tsp. dijon mustard2 cloves garlic1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Directions
"makes about 1/4 cup"
Process first 6 ingredients in blender until smooth. With blender running, add oil in a slow, steady stream. Add basil last.

    I ran this recipe through the recipe calculator. I guestamated it makes about 18 tablespoons of dressing so I put a serving as 2 tablespoons. Cal 110, Fat 12.1g , Carbs 1.6 - 8/5/11

    Not all the ingredients are included in the Nutritional Info. The olive oil will greatly alter this from 10 calories per serving. - 8/7/09
