Low Carb Cool n Easy Pie

Ingredients
Filling1 pkg (4 serv size) sugar free jello, any red flavor (I had strawberry)2/3 c boiling water1/2 c cold water1 to 1 1/2 c heavy cream2-3 packets artificial sweetenerPie Shell 1 c ground walnuts (or nut of choice)2 packets artificial sweetener3 T butter, melted
Directions
Prepare pie shell: melt butter, add ground nuts and sweetener. Mix well and press firmly into bottom and up sides of 8" pie plate.
Refrigerate until firm.

Filling: whip cream and sweetener. Set aside. Stir boiling water into jello, stir at least 2 minutes to dissolve. Mix cold water in, stirring. Stir in whipped cream, and refrigerate until thick and will mound. Spoon into nut crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
You can add fresh fruit when you whip up the cream.
