Apple Pecan Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats1 Cup of Water1 Small Apple -- [only about 1/4 cup of chopped apple] -- (but for a full serving of fruit - you can eat the rest of the apple!)1/4 Cup of Chopped Pecans
Directions
Put the ingredients in a microwavable bowl.

Microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Top with Butter/Brown Sugar if you'd like. [butter is not included in calories but the 3 tsp of brown sugar are.]

ENJOY! It's so yummy!
