Stuffed chicken breast with spinach and cheese

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Rough cut the spinach and put in a medium size pot with 1 cup of water
When water begins to boil remove pot and drain spinach
Cook shallots and garlic in pot until tender
In a bowl add spinach shallots garlic parmesan cheese and soy chees with sage and pepper.
Cut Chicken in center by cutting a slice half way in breast as to make a pocket. Sutff chicken with mixture.
Combine mushrooms soup and milk. Cook in same pot as spinach and shallots.
Place chicken in baking pan and pour mushrooms soup over.
Cover the pan with foil and cook for 35 minutes (or until done) in 350 oven.
