Leek , potatoe and butter beans soup

Ingredients
1 large leek chopped1 medium onion 2 medium potatoes cubed1 tbsp olive oil1 cup of milk21 fl oz chicken or vegetable stock (low sodium )pepper
Directions
4 serves
Heat oil in a saucepan and add leek and onion, cook until.Add potatoes and cook few minutes, then add pepper and stock, bring to boil and simmer for 35 minutes.
Use potato masher to mash the soup into smother consistency . Finally add tinned beans and milk.
