8.5 oz. (drained weight) Artichoke Hearts15.5 oz. can Chick Peas4 Tbsp. Oil & Vinegar1 tsp. minced garlicSalt & Pepper (to taste)1 Tbsp. Dried Basil1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
-Chop Artichoke Hearts
-Mix Artichoke Hearts with Chick Peas and Parmesan Cheese
-In separate bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients
-Stir Artichoke Hearts, Chick Peas and Parmesan into liquid mixture gently, coating artichokes and chick peas.
