Balsamic Beef Lo Mein

Ingredients
8 oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti8 oz round steak, in thin strips1 tsp garlic3-4 large mushrooms, sliced1/2 lb asparagus, chopped1/4 large onion, chopped1 tbs EVOO2 tsp worcestershire sauce1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Cook spaghetti. In large pan or wok, brown beef with garlic. Add worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar. Toss in vegetables - cook until tender. Drain spaghetti and toss with beef and veggies. Makes 3 servings.
