2 c flour4 tsp baking powderscant .5 c margarine (use about 1 tbsp less than 1/2 c and then add water to 1/2 c)1/3 double fruit jam (20 cal per tbsp)1/3 c walnuts 1 1/2 tbsp margarine
mix flour and baking powder, cut in margarine until it resembles coarse meal
add juice all at once, mix
knead on lightly floured surface turning dough 8=10 times
roll out in 12 inch long rectangle
spread margarine over surface add topping of jam and walnuts and cinnamon/sugar or alternately brown sugar (about 1/3 c) and pecans and cinnamon (calories increase to 233 per bun)
roll up like jelly roll, cut in 12 pieces and place in sprayed muffin tin, about 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
