Pesto, Tomato, and Mozzarella Toast

2 slices wheat French bread2 tsp. basil pesto2 Tbsp. finely diced tomatotes2 Tbsp. 2% shredded mozzarella
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Layer each slice of wheat French bread with a tsp. pesto, Tbsp. diced tomatoes, and Tbsp. shredded cheese.
Pop in the oven for about 10 minutes, until cheese has melted and edges of bread have begun to crisp. Can toast under the broiler for about a minute for extra browning on top.
Makes 1 serving (2 slices).
