Chicken, Bean, and Rice Soup

Ingredients
8 oz cubed chicken breast1/4 cup dry white beans1/4 dry wild rice1 cup diced celery1 medium carrot2 tablespoons onion2 cups chicken or veggies broth2 slices of bacon1 1/4 additional cups of water
Directions
Dice all ingredients and mix them in a crock pot. Spice as you wish, I used a bay leaf, fennel, rosemary, sage, sea salt, and pepper. Let cook for about 8 hours on low.

You can garnish with cheese or serve with bread if you like (calories not included)
