Chicken and Shrimp Stirfry

4 ounces chicken2 ounces shrimpBird's eye stir-fry (any kind ) 1-2 cups.5 cup extra peppers.5 cup extra mushroomshandful of bean sprouts1 tbs of sesame oilSauce:3TBS of low sodium soy sauce1 green onion diced3 tsp of white winefresh grated ginger to taste2 mashed cloves of garlic
Heat wok until HOT!!! Add sesame oil and chicken. Cook chicken until almost cooked through. Add all the vegetables. Then add the shrimp in the last 1-2 minutes. Serve with Sauce
