Ingredients
2.5 cups dry Whole Wheat Egg White Noodles(Catelli Healthy Harvest makes them)2 tbsp light grated Parmesan cheese1 cup diced canned tomatoes, drained
Directions
Cook noodles until tender, drain and add in cheese and tomatoes.
