Ingredients
1 egg, beat with fork.5 cup bread crumbs2 tbsp parmesan grated2 tilapia filetsolive oilsalt and pepper
Directions
preheat grill pan and coat with the olive oil.
combine bread crumbs and parmesan in a shallow bowl. Dip fish in egg wash then in bread crumb mixture. Repeat the dipping once more. place fish in grill pan and grill about 5 minutes per side.
