Frozen boneless, skinless, 1 lbSalsa, 2 cupsTaco Seasoning, 1 packet
Directions
put everything into a slow cooker, mix well, cover. Sook on low 8-10 hours.

Shread chicken.

Serve in whole wheat tortillas and add toppings (don't forget toppins and tortillas add fat, calories and such not depicted in this recipe).

    The flavor is great, but VERY salty, I recommend using low sodium taco seasoning or less than a whole packet next time! - 6/4/09
