1 Avocado with skin removed and pitted1 and 1/3 cups of skim milk3 Tablespoons of white sugar1 Tsp of lime or lemon juice1 scoop of vanilla icecream5 Ice cubes

    i used to drink like that all the time
    but if you remove the vanilla ice cream, Lemon juice, and the white sugar, then replace it with honey, it will b DELICIOUS! - 4/12/10
