BANANA BREAD, LOW FAT, HIGH FIBER, SUGAR FREE

Ingredients
4 large brown spotted bananas1/4 cup cooking oil1/4 milk4 egg whites1 cup splenda1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup wheat germ1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Directions
I make mine in the food processor but you can use a bowl and a blender. Mix wet ingredients then add dry ingredients minus walnuts. Fill cupcake/muffin tins 3/4 full top with crushed walnuts. Makes 12 nice sized muffins. bake 35 minutes at 350 or until done (done when a toothpick comes out dry when inserted.
