Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces * Egg Beaters, original - 1/4 cup, 1 serving * Honey Puffed Kashi cereal, .75 cup * French's Honey Dijon Mustard, 6 tsp
Directions
mix mustard and egg beaters together in a bowl.

crush cereal in another bowl. dip chicken in egg mix, then coat with cereal.

bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes (or until cooked through), turning once.
