Ingredients
1lb of shredded chicken breast1 1/2 can enchilada sauce or one package made with tomato paste18 corn tortillas2 cups of low fat or fat free cheeses, mozzarella and cheddar
Directions
Preheat oven at 375
in a 9 x 13 pan layer about 1/2 cup of sauce in the bottom of pan, than a layer of tortilla (6), over lapping them to fit. The next layer is chicken, cheese and sauce, repeat again. Your last layer you should be tortillas, a sauce and some cheese.

Cover with foil and bake until heated through and cheese melted,
