Spicy Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 (7 oz.) can chipolte chilies in adobo sauce1 tsp olive oil1 cup chopped green bell pepper1/2 cup chopped green onions1 Tbl bottled minced garlic1 tsp ground cumin2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast strips2 (14.5 oz) cans low sodium chicken broth1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained1 (11 oz) can whole-kernel corn with sweet peppers,drained
Directions
Remove one chili from can; reserve the remaining chilies and sauce for another use. Mince chilli. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, onions, garlic and cumin; saute 4 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Stir in minced chili, chicken, broth, tomatoes and corn. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Serves 4
