green chile chicken enchiladas

2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and shredded2 cans green chile enchilada sauce8 flour tortillas8 oz. cream cheese1 can chopped green chiles2 cups shredded cheddar cheesecumin and chile powder to taste
Combine shredded cooked chicken, cream cheese, green chiles, cumin, and chile powder in pan and warm until cheese is melted and mixture is blended.
Pour a small amount of enchilada sauce into bottom of 9x13 pan.
Divide chicken mixture among the 8 tortillas. Roll up the tortillas and place in pan.
Pour the rest of the enchilada sauce over tortillas.
Cover with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. I like the cheese to be a little crusty.
