Apple Turnovers

Ingredients
flour, butter, salt, sugar, apples, brown sugar, cinnamon
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and cold butter. Add ice water until soft dough forms. Separately, combine chopped apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll out dough into 3 rounds. Fill with apple mixture. Fold dough over filling and seal edges. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. Makes 3
